Customers
To make a payment as an individual or a legal entity, you need to register in the service and create a sender profile.

Your surname — фамилия
Phone — номер телефона
Your name — ваше полное имя
City — город проживания
Country — выберите страну проживания из выпадающего списка
Birth date — дата рождения
Address — полный адрес (обязательно укажите улицу и номер дома)
ZIP code — индекс
Поставьте галочку в поле "Accept the Offer Agreement" (Принять договор-оферту). Ознакомиться с текстом договора вы можете по ссылке.
Then create a company profile in your personal account.
Register at EasyStaff Payroll using the link, click Sign up and select the role I am a Business. Then fill out the registration form and confirm your email address.
Нажмите, чтобы создать задачу и отправить её фрилансеру. Задача будет создала в статусе Sent to freelancer. Её можно редактировать до того момента, как фрилансер отправит её на проверку.

Create a company profile under the My companies → Add new tab.
Registration ID — company registration number
Company full address — registered company address, including city, postal code, street, and building number
Ultimate beneficial owner — company owner
Beneficial owner country of residence — country of residence of the company owner
Tax ID — tax ID number. If you don’t have one, please enter 0
Country of incorporation — country of company registration
Company name — the name of your company or individual entrepreneurship
Company name — your full name in Latin letters
Tax ID — 0
Registration ID — passport or ID number
You can edit your company details until the contract is signed.
Click the Send contract button to receive the contract from EasyStaff UAB at the email address you provided during registration. In the email, click Review & Sign to read the contract. Then click on the signature field → Finish to sign the contract and start working.
Please note that you will not be able to make payments to contractors until the contract is signed.

After signing, the contract will be automatically uploaded to your personal account under the My companies tab for the respective company. To download it, click on the Signed label.
By default, the service fee after creating a company will be 7% or 10%. To change the rate, please contact your account manager or write to us at hi@easystaff.io.
To top up your balance as a legal entity/individual entrepreneur (IE), please fill in the fields as follows:

- Чтобы принять задачу от заказчика, после заполнения профиля добавьте реквизиты для вывода средств в разделе Payout details.
