Documents suitable for verification include:

  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement
  • Government letter
  • Life insurance
  • Postal office letter
  • Medical or pharmacy bill

Verification timeframe: Your profile and uploaded document will be reviewed within 48 hours during business hours (Mon–Sun, 9:00–21:00 GMT+3).

How to complete verification

You can also edit your data in your personal account before completing verification. To do this, go to the main page of your account and click Edit profile.
It is important that your first name, last name, and address in the profile exactly match the information in the document you provide for verification.
After filling in your registration details, the system will offer you to start the verification process.
To do this, go to the Payout details section on the main page of your account and click Start verification.
After clicking Start verification, a window will open to begin the process. You can either scan the QR code to continue on your smartphone or click Continue on desktop to proceed on your computer.
The service will automatically transfer your name from your profile into the "Enter your details" field.
If your first and last names are correct, click Continue; otherwise, enter the correct information.
First, select the document you will provide to confirm your address.
Then, enter your address exactly as it appears on the document you are submitting for verification.
After that, upload the document or take a photo of it.
Once your document has been submitted, you will need to wait for the service to review your profile and document.
Your profile and uploaded document will be reviewed within 48 hours during business hours (Mon–Sun, 9:00–21:00 GMT+3).
Once verification is successfully completed, your account status will change to Verified, and we will be able to process withdrawals to your specified payment details.

Please note:
  • The document data must be clearly readable. If the document is worn out or handwritten, please use another valid document.
  • For security reasons, the service may require additional identity verification. The service reserves the right to initiate extra checks at any time to prevent or stop fraudulent activity.

Verification

If you receive payments from our legal entity EasyStaff UAB and plan to withdraw funds, you need to complete verification.

Freelancers receive payments from EasyStaff UAB if their client has a contract with our company EasyStaff UAB.
You can find information about which legal entity is making your payment in the supporting documents available in your personal account.

To access the full functionality of the service, please go through the verification process and confirm your name and address.
Please note that withdrawals will not be available until verification is completed. Withdrawals to a crypto wallet are not possible if your profile lists an address in the Russian Federation.
