Documents suitable for verification include:

• Bank statement
• Government letter
• Life insurance
• Postal office letter
• Medical or pharmacy bill

Verification timeframe: Your profile and uploaded document will be reviewed within 48 hours during business hours (Mon–Sun, 9:00–21:00 GMT+3).

You can also edit your data in your personal account before completing verification. To do this, go to the main page of your account and click Edit profile.
It is important that your first name, last name, and address in the profile exactly match the information in the document you provide for verification.

After filling in your registration details, the system will offer you to start the verification process.
Click Start verification to begin.

After clicking Start verification, a window will open to begin the process. You can either scan the QR code to continue on your smartphone or click Continue on desktop to proceed on your computer.

The service will automatically transfer your name from your profile into the "Enter your details" field.
If your first and last names are correct, click Continue; otherwise, enter the correct information.

First, select the document you will provide to confirm your address.

Then, enter your address exactly as it appears on the document you are submitting for verification.

After that, upload the document or take a photo of it.

Once your document has been submitted, you will need to wait for the service to review your profile and document.
Your profile and uploaded document will be reviewed within 48 hours during business hours (Mon–Sun, 9:00–21:00 GMT+3).

After successful verification, the status in your Personal Account will change to Verified, and you will be able to specify a crypto wallet as your withdrawal method.

Please note:

• The document data must be clearly readable. If the document is worn out or handwritten, please use another valid document.
• For security reasons, the service may require additional identity verification. The service reserves the right to initiate extra checks at any time to prevent or stop fraudulent activity.

If you receive payments from our legal entity EasyStaff UAB and plan to withdraw funds to a crypto wallet, you must complete verification.

To gain full access to all the service’s features, please complete the verification process and confirm your name and address.
Without verification, withdrawals to a crypto wallet will not be available.
